Full Gear Coupling Models
These are "twin cardanic" or double-engagement couplings consisting of two flexible halves (two hubs with external teeth and two internal gear sleeves). They accommodate angular, radial, and axial misalignments.
-
TNZ ZCA / ZCB: The standard "full gear" configuration with two identical standard coupling hubs.
-
TNZ ZCAUU / ZCBUU: A full gear type with two identical extended universal hubs for larger shaft engagement.
-
TNZ ZCH: A full gear type featuring standard hubs but a single-piece sleeve (casing) instead of a split sleeve.
Half Gear Coupling Models
These consist of one flexible gear half and one rigid half, often used in combinations with intermediate shafts or for specific movement limitations.
-
TNZ ZCAF / ZCBF: These models utilize half-coupling components from the ZCA/ZCB series paired with rigid counter-flanges and an intermediate shaft.
-
TNZ ZCAU / ZCBU: These are considered hybrid or universal types featuring one standard hub and one extended universal hub.
Key Identifiers:
-
ZCA: Features a split sleeve design.
-
ZCB: Includes a bolt-on O-ring carrier, which allows for installation or seal replacement without moving the connected machinery.
